Parker Chapple

Climbing Instructor

BS – Environmental & Sustainability Studies, Geography

Master of Public Health

Certifications & Training

From a well behaved childhood amidst the potatoes fields of Southern Idaho, Parker had the bright idea at 15 to lead the Grand – somehow he survived – and was hooked. He decisively moved to Wasangeles for the skiing and climbing. After 2 years of volunteer work, a BS in Environmental & Sustainability Studies/Geography and a Masters in Public Health, his wife says he is now fit to enter society. Parker has worked as a surveyor for the Forest Service, a ski instructor, an amateur outdoor guide, and currently as a Wellness and Adaptive Programs Manager. Apart from long remote multi-pitches and ski touring, Parker thoroughly enjoys trail running, surfing water and concrete, fly fishing, biking, painting, and traveling. He finds true satisfaction however, in volunteering with our amazing refugee-background families and in doing any of these activities with his stellar wife and their little man, Rosh.
